Customer Service Representative

AdaptHealth LLC is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Patient Care: Coordinate patient care, including scheduling appointments, processing orders, and verifying insurance information.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex customer issues, utilizing problem-solving skills and knowledge of healthcare services.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center, or management.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, decision-making, communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
