Customer Support Specialist for Amazon Locker+

As a Customer Support Specialist at Amazon Locker+, you will be part of a dedicated team that ensures the smooth return and pickup of packages for our customers at various retail locations. We seek individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service, possess a positive attitude, and excel in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, organize, and store customer orders, handle returns, and prepare items for delivery.
- Assist customers by addressing their inquiries and providing solutions.
- Navigate problem-solving scenarios to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a tidy, safe, and organized workspace.
- Oversee operations at a Locker+ location, including site opening and closing duties.
- Utilize technology such as smartphones and handheld devices for sorting, scanning, and preparing orders.
- Receive and manage truck deliveries.
Candidates should be able to:
- Lift items weighing up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Stand and walk for shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to transport items.
- Navigate stairs when necessary.
- Be available for part-time shifts between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with varying schedules each week.
