Job Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist at Amazon Locker+, you will be part of a dedicated team that ensures the smooth return and pickup of packages for our customers at various retail locations. Key Responsibilities
  1. Receive, organize, and store customer orders, handle returns, and prepare items for delivery.
  2. Assist customers by addressing their inquiries and providing solutions.
  3. Navigate problem-solving scenarios to enhance customer satisfaction.
  4. Maintain a tidy, safe, and organized workspace.
  5. Oversee operations at a Locker+ location, including site opening and closing duties.
  6. Utilize technology such as smartphones and handheld devices for sorting, scanning, and preparing orders.
  7. Receive and manage truck deliveries.
Physical Requirements

Candidates should be able to:

  1. Lift items weighing up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  2. Stand and walk for shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  3. Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to transport items.
  4. Navigate stairs when necessary.
  5. Be available for part-time shifts between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with varying schedules each week.
