Frampton Construction is in search of a meticulous and proactive Senior Proposal and Marketing Coordinator to enhance our marketing division. - Serve as the marketing liaison for new project initiatives.
- Collaborate with business development, preconstruction, and operational teams to create exceptional proposals, qualifications packages, and presentation materials.
- Evaluate RFQs and RFPs to formulate proposal outlines and development strategies.
- Establish and oversee internal timelines for proposal creation.
- Design and manage layout, aesthetics, and document presentation to ensure a polished final product.
- Review proposal content for compliance and quality before final assessment by the Senior Marketing Manager.
- Build and maintain a repository of marketing materials, reusable assets, and templates to optimize the proposal development workflow.
- Update and manage project and personnel details in FCC's CRM system (Unanet).
- Oversee FCC team resumes to guarantee all qualifications and experiences are current.
- Assist with the marketing requirements of the FCC Charlotte office while ensuring compliance with brand standards.
- Additional responsibilities based on individual strengths and interests (e.g., graphic design, award submissions, videography, public relations, participation in career fairs/trade shows, document formatting).
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or related field, with at least 2 years in proposal development, preferably within the A/E/C sector.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator) is essential.
- Experience with Unanet (or Cosential) CRM is advantageous.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially in proofreading and grammar.
- Excellent time management abilities with a focus on meeting proposal deadlines.
- Demonstrated creativity in utilizing graphics (such as images, charts, graphs, etc.) to enhance written communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
