Regional Sales Director

Dixon Valve is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Southwest region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing sales activities across 6 states, including Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and parts of New Mexico and Mississippi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Supervise and mentor 3-4 Territory Sales Managers to ensure sales targets are met
- Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to set sales goals and forecasts
- Provide coaching and training to sales teams to improve sales performance
- Manage sales operations, including CRM systems and sales analytics
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of field experience in industrial outside sales
- At least 3 years of management experience
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
