At HR Green, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Director to lead our Transportation Design Practice in Houston, Texas.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, project management, and leadership, with a proven track record of driving growth and success in the transportation industry.
Key responsibilities will include developing and executing a business plan for the Texas region, collaborating with the Practice Leader to develop annual regional budgets, and managing regional sales goals and client relationships.
The Regional Director will also be responsible for providing strategic direction, support, and development to Transportation employees in their respective region, and promoting good stewardship and long-term results through people development initiatives.
Exceptional candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a related engineering or technical discipline, 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role at a civil engineering firm, and a strong understanding of the Houston consulting engineering community and how counties and municipalities contract engineering services.
Professional registration (P.E.) in the state of Texas is required.
