Job Title: Guest Service Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Hampton Inn Seattle - Airport. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide courteous and professional guest service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage guest registrations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications, maintaining up-to-date records and communicating effectively with guests.
  • Assist with property events and functions, ensuring guest satisfaction and providing exceptional service.
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest information and adhere to hotel security and key control procedures.
  • Perform front office duties, including switchboard services, mail, and wake-up calls, as needed.
  • Process cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service and efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of hotel front desk experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25-30 pounds, and perform other essential functions of the role.
