Key Responsibilities
  • Develop long-lasting relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Support families with dependable care during their times of need, ensuring a sense of security and trust.
  • Serve as an advocate for clients in community settings, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and feeding.
  • Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, driving clients, and engaging in creative hobbies.
Requirements
  • Proficient in communicative, auditory, and visual skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to lift/push/pull 20 – 50lbs.
  • Frequent bending and occasional driving may be required.
