Position Overview:
Greenfield Products is seeking a dedicated Mechanical Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge designs for both new and existing products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design mechanical systems for various applications.
- Create detailed component and system drawings, including layouts and assembly instructions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct engineering calculations to validate design integrity.
- Review and provide feedback on engineering drawings to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and share innovative ideas.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Proficiency in CAD software, including 3D and 2D design tools.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Environment:
This position is primarily office-based, with moderate noise levels and controlled temperature conditions. Occasional travel may be required for project-related activities.

Physical Demands:
The role may involve bending, stooping, and lifting materials weighing up to 30 pounds. A commitment to safety and adherence to company policies is essential.
