Position Overview
The base salary range for this role is competitive. This position offers flexibility to work from various locations across the US.

Reporting to the VP of Client Management, you will join a global network of skilled professionals dedicated to inspiring clients, partners, and each other through outstanding client management.

Your Key Responsibilities
As a leader on one or more of our most significant client accounts, you will:

  • Foster exceptional client relationships, evidenced by high NPS scores from C-Suite contacts.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews for complex clients.
  • Oversee strategic renewal efforts for key accounts.
  • Develop comprehensive strategic briefs that drive innovative solutions to client challenges.
  • Facilitate revenue growth within your Hub.

Qualifications
We seek a professional with:

  • Extensive agency experience in a leadership role within Client Management.
  • The ability to navigate multiple digital products effectively.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate account, contact, and opportunity data in Salesforce.
  • A collaborative spirit to connect with various departments and global leads to devise innovative solutions.
  • Strong delegation skills to support the development of team members.
  • Expertise in managing client commercial targets and ensuring accurate revenue forecasts.
