Business Development Representative

At SALESBOAT INC, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in the Boston area. As the primary interface between our clients and customers, this role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to develop new business and maintain existing accounts within a specific territory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new business opportunities through proactive sales and marketing efforts
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate sales proposals and deliver samples
• Respond promptly to administrative requests and resolve installation problems and customer complaints
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements:
• 1+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude
• Some college education preferred
