Business Development Manager Job Description

KORE1 Staffing, a leading provider of staffing and recruiting services, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and expand existing client relationships.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless client experiences and drive revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or business development within a staffing agency.
  • Proven track record of sales performance and ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
