Key Responsibilities- Client Retention and Growth: Develop and execute strategies to retain and grow existing clients, while identifying new business opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives at tech companies, identifying opportunities for integrated communications strategies.
- Business Development: Develop and execute new business plans, including lead generation, pitch teams, and revenue growth.
- Communication Strategies: Develop and implement communication strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with peers to set and reach goals for the broader Enterprise Innovation Group.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in PR agencies and/or enterprise B2B tech companies communications teams.
- Proven track record of managing relationships with C-level executives and driving business growth.
- Deep expertise in at least three of the following key focus areas: app and software development, artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, data infrastructure and analytics, and quantum computing.
- Compelling communication and presentation skills, with experience in developing and executing integrated communications strategies.
- Strong new business development skills, with a proven track record of closing and retaining new clients.
- Experience leading strategic workshops and initiatives, including messaging, storyline development, thought leadership platform development, and media training.
- Proven track record of directing multiple teams at PR/comms agencies and/or within the comms function of enterprise tech companies.
- Strong management skills and genuine interest in managing and mentoring teams.

Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills and prior relevant experience. Pay Range: Expected Salary range depending on experience: $170,000-$200,000, not including year end profit sharing bonus.
