Position Overview
As a pivotal member of the Group Information Services (GIS) leadership team, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with Group Tech Sourcing (GTS) on a global scale, as well as with Regional and Country unit leaders in North America. Your role will be essential in understanding their requirements and steering both local and central teams to deliver the necessary GIS products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to provide services that align with company goals and reflect our core values of collaboration and success.
- Serve as the primary liaison for GIS within the region and GTS globally, cultivating strong partnerships with business stakeholders.
- Partner with the Technology Office to promote innovation throughout the region and implement successful initiatives across the broader organization.
- Develop a comprehensive vision and enterprise architecture for North America, ensuring alignment with the overall Group strategy.
- Prioritize and manage the investment roadmap, balancing the needs of the Group with regional and GTS requirements while ensuring the development of solid business cases.
Project Leadership
In collaboration with central and local Delivery teams, you will:
- Act as the GIS Project Sponsor, driving the successful delivery of new capabilities across the region and Group TS.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from strategy and development to operations, employing industry best practices and standards.
- Identify and create opportunities for the development of platforms that can be utilized across the organization, ensuring their adoption and ongoing support.
Operational Excellence
Work closely with Operations & Infrastructure to ensure that live services meet performance specifications, are resilient, and secure in accordance with agreed service levels.
Collaborate with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and cybersecurity teams to ensure that our cybersecurity strategy addresses the needs of the region and GTS, delivering programs on time and within budget while enhancing security measures.
Engage with the Office of the CIO to effectively manage expenditures, resources, risks, and procurement in alignment with our financial forecasts and budgets.
Team Collaboration
As an integral member of the GIS leadership team, you will promote collaboration, share innovative ideas, and advocate for the adoption of best practices across GIS and the organization.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States and possess:
- A comprehensive understanding of the IT lifecycle
- A solid grasp of IT frameworks
- Experience in Program and Project Management
