As a key player in the Dallas, TX metro area, this full-time, permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with prospective homebuyers in a dynamic environment.
Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to the Area Sales Manager.
About Mattamy Homes:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community business strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market analysis to understand product positioning and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain relationships with realtors and leverage networking opportunities to drive traffic.
- Deliver an outstanding home buying experience by guiding customers through the various stages of the process, including design, financing, construction, and closing.
- Qualify potential buyers to ensure alignment with community offerings.
- Maintain consistent communication with buyers to enhance their understanding and satisfaction throughout the home buying journey.
- Commit to achieving sales objectives and participate in meetings to ensure seamless transactions.
- Meet customer service performance standards.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales or business is essential.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary to foster relationships with team members and clients.
- A proactive approach to learning and applying new skills in a professional setting.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with potential homebuyers.
- High energy, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other relevant software.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
- A Real Estate License is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus.
