Responsibilities- Lead the marketing strategic planning process and set the direction and priorities for the organization.
- Collaborate with commercial leadership, business leadership, and other stakeholders to drive marketing strategy alignment and gather input.
- Assess market opportunities to facilitate effective product introductions and promote portfolio growth.
- Develop and implement comprehensive global marketing strategies for our diverse product and service portfolio.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on business objectives.
- Develop recommendations for effective execution of commercial objectives.
- Standardize roles and responsibilities across regions and functions within the organization.
- Work with analytics to identify and monitor metrics to quantify organization success.
- 10+ years of successful experience in Medical, Med Tech, Consumer health, Pharmaceutical Marketing, Fertility with a minimum of 5 years leading a team.
- Track record of building strong brands and businesses, ideally in both B2B and B2C contexts.
- Background in healthcare marketing is preferred, but experience in related industries is acceptable.
- Experience in large companies with a deep understanding of global markets and dynamics.
- Experience in managing a team of marketing professionals for a minimum of five years.
