Scope:

This role will drive selected aspects of product life cycle management, including understanding market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field. The successful candidate will collaborate with marketers and cross-functional colleagues to implement tactics focused on the successful commercial launch, penetration, and profitability of the overall business globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Director and working closely with the product team to drive product management and marketing efforts across the full product lifecycle.
  • Supporting ongoing and new initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Professional Education, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Effectively partnering with cross-functional teams and inspiring collaboration and success.
  • Global and local strategy alignment.
  • Understanding and prioritization of customer needs.
  • Ability to effectively manage day-to-day business initiatives and to seek out clarity and guidance when needed.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of commercial medical device experience (Sales, Marketing, Prof. Education, etc).
  • Strong knowledge of the medical device space, specifically women's health.
  • Bachelor's Degree required in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Education preferred: Advanced degree, especially MBA in Marketing, General Management, or an advanced scientific degree.
