Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Global Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive global marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of global marketing strategies that drive business growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with commercial leadership and other stakeholders to ensure marketing strategy alignment and effective execution
  • Assess market opportunities and develop recommendations for effective product introductions and portfolio growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on business objectives and drive marketing excellence
  • Manage budgets effectively and optimize marketing spend to maximize ROI
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in medical, med tech, consumer health, or pharmaceutical marketing with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience
  • Proven track record of building strong brands and businesses, ideally in both B2B and B2C contexts
  • Experience in managing a team of marketing professionals and driving marketing excellence
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
