Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Manager to join our brand marketing team, focusing on the strategic oversight and execution of our brand communications, influencer partnerships, and affiliate marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in establishing authentic connections between Abercrombie brands and our audience, ensuring that our messaging resonates in a genuine and impactful manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the seasonal planning process, serving as a subject matter expert in affiliate and creator marketing strategies.
  • Manage influencer marketing campaigns, overseeing everything from strategic development to execution and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain affiliate marketing programs, nurturing relationships with partners to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Support public relations efforts, including media outreach, press materials, and crisis communication, while building strong media relationships.
  • Coordinate closely with social media teams to align engagement strategies and content distribution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising and design, to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
  • Work with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth in brand advocacy.
  • Develop innovative marketing strategies that connect brand culture with creator engagement.
  • Oversee a team of associates, providing guidance and support to drive performance and transparency.
  • Manage budgets effectively and compile data for performance reviews.
  • Engage with external agencies to implement industry-leading marketing programs.
  • Focus on customer insights to inform research and integrate findings into marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of collaboration and motivation within a team environment.
  • 7-9 years of experience in marketing, particularly in brand communications and influencer marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Millennial and youth demographics.
  • Experience in generating significant revenue through marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities.
