Job Overview

Position: Customer Service Representatives - HHSC

Compensation: $17 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM

A prominent healthcare organization in the Houston area is collaborating with The Reserves Network to recruit Customer Service Representatives to manage both incoming and outgoing communications related to eligibility, benefits, claims, and authorizations. This is a unique opportunity to explore available roles within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate outbound communications regarding marketplace options.
  • Reach out to current members for healthcare benefits recertification.
  • Ensure follow-up for resolution on member inquiries.
  • Adhere to established communication protocols, guidelines, and policies.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a call center environment is essential.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
