A Healthcare Support Specialist is tasked with reviewing patient medical histories and conducting necessary assessments. Superior Health Consulting values individuals who can foster positive interactions with both patients and healthcare providers. This role also includes assisting with medical documentation and daily operational tasks. Flexibility with work hours, including evenings and weekends, along with a warm demeanor and a passion for patient interaction, is essential. Basic computer proficiency is required. Our mission is to ensure outstanding care through exceptional patient experiences that begin with you.

  • Conduct thorough reviews of patient medical records.
  • Administer autonomic nervous system (ANS) evaluations and electrocardiogram (EKG) tests.
  • Document and transcribe findings from assessments into electronic health records.
  • Facilitate communication among healthcare team members.
  • Provide assistance to medical assistants as necessary.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic.
  • Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Preferred background as a Medical Assistant; minimal experience is acceptable.
  • Possess a friendly and approachable demeanor towards patients.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Completion of a background check and drug screening.
