Job Description

BBSI Southern California is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to support a large project. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in project management and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to a Project Manager, including preparing reports, conducting research, and collecting and analyzing data.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and departmental staff to identify system improvements and enhancements.
  • Compile and analyze complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and interdepartmental staff.
  • Field project-related questions and assist with customer-required process reviews.
  • Act as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors, serving as a representative and liaison between internal management, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for system design and implementation projects.
  • Conduct research to assist with projects or inquiries.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to an assigned Project Manager.
  • Serve as the point person for data-related tasks on an assigned project.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, and appointments, preparing agendas and schedules for meetings, conferences, and other assigned events.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management required.
  • Experience in system implementation preferred.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Ability to read, write, hear, speak, and comprehend English.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Planning and organizational abilities.
  • Results-oriented: Ability to achieve the target within given time.
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
  • Customer Service driven.
  • Intermediate skill in MS Office suite.
  • Ability to work overtime when requested/needed.
  • Punctuality and regular attendance required.
  • Must have experience with ERP Implementation.
  • PMP Certificate preferred.
