Job Summary:

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for leading the project team and ensuring the coordination, organization, control, and completion of assigned projects on time, within budget, and in a manner that enhances the company's reputation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to motivate and direct the project team to achieve project goals.


Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with clients, design team representatives, and subcontractors.
  • Seek to continually improve the company's image with clients, design professionals, and the general public.
  • Review potential future opportunities with the Director of Construction.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage project meetings, including weekly jobsite meetings and project team meetings.
  • Act as the leader of the project team, responsible for directing the workload of the team and motivating each team member to perform to the best of their ability.

Requirements:
  • Construction Management Degree or similar preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years working as a Construction Project Manager.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
