Project Manager

Northern Impact, a national award-winning architecture and design firm, is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join their team in Rancho Cucamonga. With over 19 offices across the U.S., the firm specializes in K-12 through college/university, healthcare, sports, and corporate business sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the design and completion of architectural projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Manage project teams to produce high-quality documents, adhering to contractual agreements and client expectations.
  • Make informed decisions, exercising sound judgment and explaining reasoning to stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior staff, providing guidance and oversight of their assignments.
  • Maintain positive client relationships, keeping them informed of project progress.
  • Initiate and maintain contact with key project individuals for clarification, coordination, and negotiation of critical issues.
  • Provide leadership, resources, and technical advice for the generation of construction documents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of building regulations and safety codes.
  • Experience working with the Division of the State Architect (DSA).
  • Ability to professionally communicate verbally and in writing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Architecture.
  • Architecture License.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in using Revit and AutoCAD programs.
  • 10+ years of related professional experience.
  • Working knowledge of graphic programs (SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suites).
  • Knowledge of sustainability, integrated design, and LEED guidelines.
