About the Role

Rightworks is seeking a highly skilled Data Operations Specialist to join our App-Ops engineering team. This critical role will be responsible for analyzing vast amounts of data from multiple systems, organizing it into clear and actionable reports, and delivering insights to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze, and derive insights from data related to Application Performance, Application Usage, Application Deployment/Removal, and Error Collection.
  • Collaborate with the App-Ops team to debug anomalies and trends in the data.
  • Develop and maintain a statistical dashboard for internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Provide on-demand reports and data analysis to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • Basic understanding of systems and networks.
  • Extensive experience with data analytics tools, including SQL, PowerBI, Splunk, Excel, and Powershell/Scripting.
  • Strong skills in data formatting and presentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with an engineering team to debug and solve problems.
  • BA in Data Analytics or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience working on a data analytics team.
