Key Responsibilities- Machine Operation: Tend to and operate injection molding machines to produce high-quality parts.
- Quality Control: Inspect components to ensure they meet quality standards and are free from defects.
- Processing and Maintenance: Perform trimming, drilling, or other processing operations, as well as cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure efficient machine operation.
- Record Keeping: Accurately record and maintain production data, including labor and production transactions.
- Team Collaboration: Support other areas and functions within the department and facility as needed.
- Safety and Compliance: Comply with all organizational, local, and federal safety and health regulations.
- Credentials: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2-5 years of plastic injection molding operator experience.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong communication skills, basic mathematics, and ability to use basic measuring tools and processing equipment.
