Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Support Specialist to join our team. As a Behavioral Support Specialist, you will work closely with our experienced staff to provide individualized support to children with autism in a 1:2 or small group setting. You will be responsible for implementing behavioral interventions, collecting and analyzing data, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Implement behavioral interventions and support strategies to promote positive behavior and skill development
  • Collect and analyze data to inform treatment planning and progress monitoring

  • Provide individualized support to children with autism in a 1:2 or small group setting
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
