Billing and Collections Specialist

Position: Accounts Receivables Specialist
Compensation: $22.00 / Hour, depending on experience
Work Schedule: Part-Time, Weekdays

Key Responsibilities
- Generate invoices using the company's accounting software.
- Facilitate customer interactions through various communication channels.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients.
- Conduct reviews of customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Process payments received from customers.
- Issue regular reminders for payments and provide account statements.
- Support the collection of overdue payments.
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team on special projects as required.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of bookkeeping practices and policies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage overdue collections.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Proficient project management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Associate's degree or relevant certification in accounting or billing, particularly with Quickbooks.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
