About the Role

We are PepsiCo, a leading global food and beverage company. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to join our team as a District Sales Manager Designate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Successfully complete the Sales District Leader Designate onboarding program, which includes route-level training and development of the necessary skills to lead a sales district.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, including store management, to grow sales and execute sales programs and initiatives.
  • Lead district meetings to achieve sales objectives and goals, and conduct one-on-one meetings with route sales reps to discuss performance, selling, and customer service skills.
  • Coach the team to successfully sell against baseline and promotional opportunities, and develop sales strategies through collecting and interpreting statistical data using PepsiCo-specific applications.
  • Partner with the product supply team to build accurate forecasts based on promotions and historical performance to ensure product availability.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers as required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • A minimum of 2 years leading a team of frontline employees.
  • Consumer packaged goods experience in a Direct Store Delivery environment preferred.
  • Ability to motivate yourself and others while delivering excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must have a valid driver's license and meet DOT & Fleet qualifications.
  • Able and willing to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically.
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
Benefits
  • Expected compensation range: $61,400 - $95,750.
  • Paid time off, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
