Key Responsibilities

  • Work with a dynamic matrix team to address customer needs and ensure value demonstration to customers.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a diverse team of TASs, adhering to BMS core values and principles.
  • Provide leadership and input on sales organization issues, opportunities, and direction, and fulfill strategic brand responsibilities.
  • Ensure superior execution of business unit and brand strategy by translating strategy into District-specific goals, objectives, and business plans.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, maximize promotional budgets, and execute the national sales strategy in accordance with BMS policies.
  • Interpret and integrate data to develop communication strategies to drive performance and productivity within the District.
  • Develop, review, and modify District and Territory-level business plans to ensure alignment with regional and national plans.
  • Develop and maintain customer touchpoints within the District.
  • Manage the District's operational and brand product budget and ensure appropriate allocation of budget against identified priorities.
  • Innovate and identify new ways to build brand equity to exceed short- and long-term goals, ensuring all legal and compliance regulations are adhered to.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical field sales experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Experience building and leading high-performance teams and working in a matrix environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including periodic travel to our NJ headquarters.

The starting compensation for this job is a range from $168,000 to $198,000, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). Benefit offerings include medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision care, wellbeing support, financial well-being resources, and more.
