About the Role:

As a Business Development Manager at CBRE, you will lead a team that drives local and regional client relationships and business development activities. Your primary responsibility will be to design and present sales solutions to potential, new, and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor their training and development, and conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
  • Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
  • Create price modeling, operating budgets, staffing models, and labor costs for the business.
  • Develop business marketing and business development budgets, track and complete financial and operational goals outlined for the client.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values, influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement, and apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education.
  • Real Estate License preferred.
  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention.
  • Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
