Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time regular position within the Admin Services division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to various departments and teams
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and events
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with administrative software.
