We are in search of individuals with experience in delivering skilled nursing services in a home healthcare environment, who can maintain composure in challenging situations.

Training will be provided by the supervising nurse overseeing the cases.

Work Schedule:
Flexible options for both day and night shifts are available, allowing you to choose based on your personal availability.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately document patients' medical histories.
2. Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
3. Monitor patients' progress and identify any side effects from treatments.
4. Keep track of patients' conditions, including fluid intake and output, and maintain patient charts.
5. Assist patients with daily living activities, including eating and bathing.
6. Administer prescribed medications, injections, and perform basic medical care tasks such as wound care.
7. Provide emotional and psychological support to patients as needed.
8. Communicate effectively with patients' families to offer guidance and reassurance.

Required Skills:
- Proven experience as an LPN or in a similar capacity.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Understanding of confidentiality requirements and nursing best practices.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and hospital procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate demeanor and ability to manage stress effectively.
