This position will deliver staffing and recruitment strategies that our clients depend on. We seek an exceptionally insightful individual who can connect with people at all levels. Your responsibilities will encompass managing the internal processes of candidate applications while also engaging with the community and utilizing provided tools to attract and secure the candidates necessary to meet our clients' demands through grassroots initiatives, networking, and field outreach.
Salary Range: The anticipated salary for this role is between $23.00-$25.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on the qualifications required for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other legally permissible considerations. Factors influencing the offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment. Typically, candidates will start in the lower half of the pay range, with the upper end reserved for those with extensive skills and experience. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job specifications.
- Design and implement a recruiting strategy and conduct effective orientations.
- Source and evaluate resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Oversee the hiring process from offer to onboarding.
- Establish and maintain a continuous candidate pipeline.
- Manage digital recruiting operations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all advertising campaigns.
- Participate in job fairs and community outreach events.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with internal systems.
- Proactively explore new avenues to attract candidates through community networking.
- Manage daily candidate data tracking, identify areas for improvement, provide insights to the SIMOS Operations team, resolve issues, participate in meetings, and uphold a high level of candidate and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Relationship management includes addressing escalations, communicating recruitment progress, and managing expectations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment, along with knowledge of ATS and systems.
- Excellent judgment to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of comprehensive recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, be a team player, and work independently.
- Capacity to manage a substantial workload efficiently.
