About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Serenity Healthcare, LLC. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in helping patients heal using our innovative TMS treatment approach.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients throughout their treatment journey
  • Work closely with patients to understand their needs and concerns, and provide personalized coaching and guidance
  • Participate in Serenity's paid TMS training program to develop expertise in our treatment approach
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Three years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong de-escalation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
