Responsibilities

  • One-on-one coaching and commitment to patients during treatment, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Graduate Serenity's paid TMS training program, gaining expertise in our revolutionary treatment approach.
  • Own outcomes of patient treatment, working closely with our team to achieve successful results.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Strong customer service mindset, with a minimum of three years' experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as basic math skills.
  • Well-versed in de-escalation techniques and able to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
