Position Overview

The Vice President of External Sales at Lavu Inc. plays a pivotal role in driving growth and enhancing the client portfolio within targeted markets across the United States. We seek an energetic sales executive with a solid history of developing successful sales teams and marketing technology or services to small and medium-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute a detailed external sales plan to meet revenue goals and foster market expansion.
  • Recruit, mentor, and oversee a team of external sales agents.
  • Increase presence in regional markets throughout the US, requiring significant travel.
  • Refine the sales workflow for optimal performance and productivity.
  • Engage with internal departments and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with essential restaurant partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in external sales, including leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in surpassing sales objectives within the technology, services, or POS sectors.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and team development skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales performance analytics.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
