Southwire Company, LLC, a leading manufacturer of wire and cable, seeks a skilled Process Engineer to join its team.

Job Title: Process Engineer II

Location: Huntersville, NC

Reports To: Manager, Corporate Process Engineering

Job Summary:

As a Process Engineer at Southwire, you will provide technical guidance and support to the assigned plant, focusing on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and standardization.
  • Support modernization initiatives through commissioning trials and troubleshooting.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements through data analysis.
  • Assist in deploying a center of excellence model for wire and cable processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Physics.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP or other ERP systems.
