Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care & Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our merchants and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide phone and email support to merchants and partners in a fast-paced contact center environment.
  • Navigate multiple online customer tracking and database applications.
  • Facilitate change requests and provide reporting support.
  • Retain customers by delivering excellent service and offering price negotiations and rate reviews.
  • Provide terminal and device support for card readers, cordless terminals, and countertop terminals.
  • Meet departmental performance standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills and experience in a high-volume phone call environment.
  • Prior experience in the payments industry is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve targets, with a talent for consultative sales and account relationship management.
