Pickleball Enthusiast Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Pickleball Enthusiast to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, both in-store and through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers in-store and through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect pickleball products and equipment.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively answer customer questions and resolve issues.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on new products and services.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
