POSITION SUMMARY: Oversee the installation and maintenance of all product lines within a designated region. This role serves as the primary field representative between the organization and the Client, ensuring adherence to operational policies, processes, and procedures. The Installation Supervisor possesses the authority to make essential decisions on behalf of FS Builder Resources to enhance customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fostering and sustaining positive relationships with Clients.
  • Building and maintaining effective partnerships with all Subcontracted Labor.
  • Conducting PREWALK/POST-WALK/QUALITY WALK inspections to guarantee thorough and high-quality installations.
  • Confirming job completions align with company standards.
  • Managing all repair solutions at assigned job sites.
  • Ensuring clear communication with Expediting and Field Operations regarding crew assignments.
  • Professionally addressing and resolving homeowner concerns as they arise on-site, both during and after installation.
  • Participating in Model Home discussions and overseeing Model Home job sites.
  • Reviewing and settling Customer/Sub-Contractor chargebacks.
  • Engaging in weekly office duties to verify job readiness.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
