We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for a qualified person to provide support and service on EOS Additive Manufacturing machines in Pflugerville, Texas and Novi, Michigan.

Your Mission/Job Functions

·       Installation of equipment at EOS facilities to ensure full functionality according to EOS specifications

·       Refurbishment of used EOS equipment for re-sale to customers

·       Provide on-site technical assistance to help  troubleshoot and repair equipment

·       Provide Technical Support for all locations

·       Perform preventive maintenance procedures within the scheduled time

·       Complete and submit all service documentation accurately and completely following EOS procedures and guidelines

·       Cooperation in projects such as training, documentation and exhibition installations

·       Work closely with 2nd Level Support to ensure local install base is maintained to company standards

·       Communicate and maintain service records and field service reports.   

·       Management of EOS service tools and spare parts inventory to ensure accuracy of assigned company assets

·       Some travel to support training and field service/technical support work

 

Your Talents/Qualifications

·       Certified technician or skilled worker in  electrical engineering technology

·       Two to three years of experience in servicing  industrial equipment

·       Capable of data preparation for additive manufacturing using MAGICS and/or SolidWorks preferred.

·       Demonstrated product knowledge on industrial lasers and axis motion systems is a plus

·       Skilled in using written, oral, schematic and  diagram engineering instructions

·       Service standards: Account ownership and         customer satisfaction

·       Computer knowledge (PC-configuration, MS- Windows, Network knowledge, MS-Office)

·       Ability to work independently and cope with  pressure

·       Team oriented; flexibility and adaptability

·       Cost-consciousness

·       Professional appearance, great communication skills and professional conduct a must

·       Willingness to travel as needed

·       International travel may be required on an annual basis

·       Valid driver’s license and passport

·       Ability to rent a car
