Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee landscape enhancement tasks such as seasonal cleanups, flowerbed maintenance, installation and removal of plants, grading, drainage solutions, sod preparation and installation, and hardscaping projects.
  • Experience in irrigation systems installation and repair is advantageous.
  • Safely operate various machinery including bobcats, skid steers, and other landscaping equipment.
  • Ensure proper handling and application of all materials.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and uphold personal integrity.
  • Lead a team of up to three individuals in delivering high-quality services.
  • Supervise daily equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Address client inquiries and feedback professionally.
  • Manage team members' clock-in/out processes and job schedules.
  • Organize job tasks to ensure all necessary tools and materials are available.
  • Ensure timely completion of all projects.

Leadership Qualities

  • Dependable, professional, and self-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Effective communication skills with clients, team members, and management.
  • Proactive leadership abilities and a self-starter mentality.
  • Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • At least two years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

  • Honest, detail-oriented, and a problem solver with a positive outlook.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy outdoor work.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
  • Willingness to undergo training, both verbal and formal.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience in operating trucks and trailers is necessary.
  • Subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks.
