Job Summary

BODYBAR Pilates HQ is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing to lead the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans that drive growth and brand visibility. This role requires a charismatic and innovative leader who can shape the BODYBAR brand, drive business objectives, and ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and brand vision.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Forecast, draft, and oversee the department's operating budget, ensuring alignment with the company's growth plans.
  • Allocate brand funds strategically to support initiatives that drive business objectives and brand visibility.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with other departments, including sales, operations, and finance, to develop and align marketing strategies that drive client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, conducting market research to inform and innovate marketing strategies.
  • Establish, retain, and manage strategic partnerships and vendor, stakeholder, and external party relationships to support the company's growth and visibility while maximizing the impact of the marketing budget.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive strategic marketing experience in a franchise environment is required; experience in the fitness or wellness industry is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in editing and creating content for various social media platforms using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with various marketing and project management systems, including, but not limited to, Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions, Asana, and Canva.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver compelling presentations.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing marketing budgets.
  • Exceptional time management and project management abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Superior organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Collaborative team player with a commitment to achieving shared goals.
