Brand Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to lead our brand marketing efforts at Howell Instruments Inc. As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Identity Development: Define innovative ways to strengthen the company's brand identity and maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing channels.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Create and deliver compelling marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, event marketing, and content marketing.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance to optimize future marketing efforts and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Marketing Plan Coordination: Coordinate all resources to facilitate the annual marketing plan and ensure seamless execution.
  • Social Media Management: Maintain and engage with the company's social media accounts to build brand awareness and foster customer relationships.
  • Marketing Collateral Development: Lead efforts in developing marketing collateral and promotional materials that align with the company's brand strategy.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and trends, and stay current with industry developments.
  • Competitor Analysis: Review competitor data to gauge public perception and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing and brand management.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
