Job Title: Development Director

Join the Catholic Diocese Of Fort Worth as a Development Director, a key role in advancing the mission of our schools. As a Development Director, you will be responsible for leading the fundraising efforts to support the growth and development of our schools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Fundraising Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive fundraising plans to achieve annual and capital goals, aligning with the mission of the Catholic Diocese Of Fort Worth.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with major donors, alumni, and community leaders to secure gifts and support for our schools.
  • Manage Donor Database: Oversee the development database, ensuring accurate and timely tracking of donor interactions, gifts, and acknowledgments.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the Head of School, Superintendent, and Advancement Foundation President to develop and implement fundraising strategies, aligning with the school's mission and goals.
  • Communicate Effectively: Develop and disseminate compelling marketing materials, reports, and updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication of fundraising efforts and progress.
Requirements:
  • Strong Fundraising Experience: Proven track record of successful fundraising, with a focus on major gifts, planned giving, and donor engagement.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with donors, alumni, and community leaders, as well as internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies, aligning with the mission and goals of the Catholic Diocese Of Fort Worth.
  • Collaborative Leader: Experience working collaboratively with leadership, staff, and volunteers to achieve fundraising goals.
