We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Improvement Facilitator to join our team at Carilion Clinic. As a key member of our quality improvement team, you will play a critical role in driving clinical quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and training on quality improvement methodologies and tools to clinical staff and leaders.
  • Assist in assessing patient care and identifying areas for improvement, working collaboratively with medical staff and clinicians.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives in clinical departments, developing priorities, objectives, and improvement methods.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify improvement opportunities, establish expectations, and determine resources needed to achieve goals.
  • Develop and implement reports that reflect critical thinking and sound improvement recommendations, engaging frontline staff in change management strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a preference for Registered Nurses with diverse clinical experience and/or quality improvement experience.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, or related field is required, with a preference for CPHQ, CPHRM, or CPPS certification.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
