Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to facilitate and manage various types of meetings, including focus groups, workshops, committees, Board meetings, and community of practice sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Develop and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up materials.
  • Assist with offsite planning, including developing facilitation guides and organizing note collection during meetings.
  • Provide post-meeting deliverables, such as executive summaries and action item tracking.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and effective communication.
  • Continuously improve meeting operations by developing processes and resources to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Three (3) years of experience in meeting facilitation, program management, or a related field.
  • BS/BA Degree from an Accredited University.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Experience facilitating meetings of various sizes and objectives.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with various teams and individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Must be a US Citizen capable of obtaining a government clearance.
