Job Title: Quality Improvement Nurse

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Improvement Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
  • Conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions to address quality issues
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to identify and prioritize quality improvement opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining quality metrics and dashboards to track progress
  • Providing education and training to healthcare staff on quality improvement principles and best practices
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate of Science degree in Nursing (ADN) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Certification in a specialty area is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
