Position Summary:

The Director of Human Resources will spearhead our HR department, driving organizational growth through a strategic focus on Talent Acquisition and overseeing daily HR functions across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to formulate a Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with both long-term growth and immediate staffing needs.
  • Lead initiatives to attract, hire, and retain top talent across various teams and locations.
  • Work alongside leadership to create effective onboarding, training, and retention strategies.
  • Guide and develop the HR team through regular meetings, one-on-ones, and professional development opportunities.
  • Provide support and guidance to management and staff on sensitive HR matters, ensuring effective resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, recommending best practices and updating policies as necessary.
  • Empower staff and teams to cultivate DelRicht's workplace culture within their areas of influence.
  • Oversee benefits administration in collaboration with brokers and leadership, aiming to provide industry-leading packages.
  • Champion DelRicht's culture, core values, and mission to advance healthcare.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 1 year in a senior or directorial role.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in people management.
  • 3 years of experience in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition environment.
  • Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms.
  • At least 1 year of multi-state compliance experience.
  • Comprehensive HR experience, including onboarding, offboarding, retention strategies, benefits, and compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven ability to manage Team Member Relations and Talent Acquisition.
  • Preferred: Experience in HR leadership within small to mid-sized organizations.
  • Preferred: Experience managing large-scale hiring projects.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with BambooHR.
