Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Engineer to join our team. As a Field Engineer, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of our projects, ensuring that all engineering work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project management plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Participate in the development and management of project budgets, including cost coding and tracking.
  • Assist in the procurement and management of subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Track and verify accuracy of project productions, cost coding of manhours, equipment, and in-place quantities.
  • Prepare and submit accurate project cost reporting, revenue, and cash flow projections.
  • Assist in project engineering activities, including design, drawings, and engineering calculations.
  • Participate in project quality control and quality assurance plans, ensuring that work is constructed in compliance with company processes and contractual requirements.
  • Provide technical support for construction planning, interpretation of design, and development of efficient construction methods.
  • Develop and produce required design, drawings, engineering calculations, and other project documents.
  • Assist in project close-out, including required documentation, punch list management, commissioning, and transitional system operations turnover.
Requirements
  • Four-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and experience.
  • Preferred 2+ years' construction field experience on heavy civil or infrastructure-related projects.
  • Proficient computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office, BlueBeam, and other industry-specific software.
  • Ability to freely access all parts of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environments.
  • Valid Driver's License.
